Page 394 is an alternate-universe, post-Potter RPG that, as opposed to a site plot, is a blank canvas for the members and characters to paint how they decide! The real, adult world for magical and Muggle (yes, we did say Muggle!) folk of any age is wide open for you to do with as you please - the possibilities are truly endless.
Loads of good faces are available, all sorts of IC jobs are waiting for you, site activities are planned (with spiffy member awards to flash under your avatar), and with a friendly staff team and a desire to be a fun, relaxed community, you certainly won’t want to miss out.
To get the essence of what we’re all about a little better, we’ve rewritten our plot. =]
Eight years ago, you graduated from Hogwarts. You stood out in front of your friends and family, proud and relieved that you had finally done it. Those days of studying hard, those nights of staying up late to hang out with friends or even that special someone, and those times where your friends were acting like nutcases are done with. People you knew won’t be in your life anymore, unless you keep them there; you can make new relationships. And now you have a chance to pursue that dream of becoming a Muggle teacher - to hell with your friends’ laughter! You can travel across the world, doing all the things you’d dreamed of, or settle down and raise a family. The world is in your hands.

The admins on 394 have been putting together a few ideas when it comes to activities and other fun things that the members can get into. AND we’re looking at a potential way for you to buy fun things on the site! In-Character, of course. Special Abilities, special items, things of that nature. But we’re looking at:

Never again will words like that be spoken to you. You’ve done it - you’ve graduated from Hogwarts and are now an adult in the real world. You never have to hear someone tell you to turn to this page or that one, to complete an essay on the magical properties of a bezoar or the uses of a mature Mandrake. You’ve exchanged your schoolday dramas for real-life ones; suddenly, Delilah kissing little Johnny behind the tree by the lake doesn’t seem like such a big deal, does it? Suddenly, all those things that you had once thought to be the most earth shattering, the most important, just… aren’t.
Welcome to Page 394, an adult Harry Potter roleplay. And when we say ‘adult,’ we don’t mean the type that first comes to mind. Here, your characters are adults now, faced with adult problems and opportunities, Your characters have graduated and are beginning their lives with all the potential in the world, with the ability to do and become anything that their heart desires. But it always comes with a bit of work, whether it be in the literal sense with a job, or the literal sense with the drive to work hard. And with plenty of challenges sitting in the way, drive becomes ever important.
The magic began in Hogwarts. Now, it continues.
